Women’s Hour: An Hour That’s Yours
How often do you give yourself an hour that’s just for you?
Not to tick something off the list, not to care for someone else, but to simply be – to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with the woman you are beneath all the roles you hold.
That’s what Women’s Hour is for.
On the last Monday of every month, women from all walks of life and all ages gather online for a gentle pause – a space to exhale and remember who we are when we’re not rushing. Together we explore themes that touch us all: the invisible load, boundaries, friendship, balance, rest, and what it really means to take care of ourselves while caring for others.
There’s no homework, no pressure to speak, and no need to have it all figured out. You can just arrive as you are – tired, curious, hopeful, worn out, inspired – and be met by other women doing the same.
Each session offers a short reflection, a bit of sharing, and a reminder that we’re not meant to do life alone.
If you’ve been longing for an hour that fills you up rather than empties you out – come to Women’s Hour.
You might be surprised by how much difference one hour can make.
Because when women pause, something shifts. We soften, we steady, and we remember ourselves again
