My name is Annamaria and I am passionate about empowering people to fulfil their potential.

I am a mum, a life coach, and a trainer, with experience of working with children young and old through scouts and forest schools, in Italy and the UK. 

My calling is to accompany people journeying toward a different phase in their life and to support them to deepen their knowledge about themselves, recognise their strengths, and thrive in the process. 

When I was a girl, I had strong female role models around me, but I lacked that additional support, knowledge, and openness that would have helped with all my doubts, ideas, and fears, and to ease the process of becoming the self-aware woman that I am now.

To girls participating to my group, I offer a group where we cover the questions I asked myself and those that I didn’t know I needed growing up, with open-mindedness, and a multicultural awareness. We will work together through discussions, exercises, and fun activities to explore what growing up means for each girl.

I will cheer for each girl’s unique journey, stimulate their minds, challenge their preconceptions, and accompany them in their discovery of themselves, with care and kindness.
